ChapChat is not affiliated with or endorsed by WhatsApp or Meta.

2. Eligibility

You must:

• Have the authority to represent your business
• Use ChapChat for lawful purposes only

3. User Responsibilities

You agree:

• Not to misuse the platform
• Not to send spam or unsolicited messages
• Not to violate WhatsApp or Meta policies
• Not to upload illegal, harmful, or infringing content

You are responsible for all activity under your account.

4. WhatsApp Policy Compliance

You acknowledge that:

• WhatsApp policies apply to your usage
• Template approvals and messaging limits are enforced by Meta
• ChapChat is not responsible for WhatsApp account suspensions

Failure to comply may result in service suspension.

5. Pricing & Payments

Paid plans are billed monthly or as agreed.

• Fees are non-refundable unless required by law
• Usage limits apply based on your plan
• We may change pricing with prior notice

6. Service Availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. ChapChat may:

• Perform maintenance
• Modify or discontinue features
• Temporarily suspend service for security or legal reasons

7. Data Ownership

You retain ownership of:

• Your business data
• Your customer messages

By using ChapChat, you grant us permission to process this data only to provide the service.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• ChapChat is not liable for indirect or consequential damages
• We are not responsible for business losses, lost profits, or message delivery failures caused by third parties

Use the service at your own risk.

9. Termination

You may stop using ChapChat at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that:

• Violate these Terms
• Abuse the platform
• Create legal or security risk
